Finance, Accounting & Tax Specialist

About the RolePlayUp.id is looking for an experienced Finance, Accounting, and Tax professional to take full ownership of the company’s financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and has strong hands-on expertise across all finance functions, from daily operations to strategic reporting.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee and manage Finance, Accounting, and Tax (FAT) activities, ensuring accuracy and compliance across all financial processes.Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow reports.Handle bank reconciliation, cash flow monitoring, and expense control.Manage tax compliance (PPN, PPh, e-Faktur, e-Bupot, and SPT submissions).Coordinate with external partners such as auditors, tax consultants, and financial institutions.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cost control initiatives.Provide financial insights and recommendations to support business decisions.RequirementsMinimum 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax (end-to-end scope).Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.Familiar with accounting software such as Jurnal, Accurate, or similar tools.Good understanding of Indonesian tax regulations.High integrity, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.Comfortable with a hybrid working setup (Bintaro area).
