The role is ideal for a dynamic professional with strong analytical, operational, and leadership skills, capable of driving strategic initiatives while managing day-to-day back-office operations.Key Responsibilities:Strategic & Financial LeadershipLead annual strategic and business planning processes in collaboration with executive leadership.Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.Manage procurement, bookkeeping, tax compliance, and policy enforcement.Provide timely and accurate financial performance analysis and management reports.Ensure proper controls, audits, and risk mitigation are in place.Human Resources & AdministrationDevelop, implement, and monitor HR and admin policies across the business.Lead recruitment, onboarding, payroll, performance management, and staff engagement.Maintain up-to-date staff records, contracts, and documentation.Facilitate training, staff discipline processes, and policy enforcement.PCA Independence Store OversightManage procurement, inventory, vendor relationships, and day-to-day store operations.Explore partnerships, pricing strategies, and tender opportunities.Drive customer service excellence and operational efficiency.Strategic Projects & Business ExpansionTrack market trends and competitive intelligence.Lead high-impact analytical and transformation projects.Ensure strategic initiatives are well executed and deliver measurable results.Support business development and partnership negotiations.General Management & GovernanceCoordinate board matters, manage administrative workflows, and ensure policy alignment.Manage vendor relations across legal, insurance, IT, and facilities.Champion internal efficiency and productivity using technology and best practices.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, or related fields.Minimum of 5 years’ experience in finance, strategy, operations, or business management.Professional certification (ACA, ACCA, CIPM, etc.) is an added advantage.Proven leadership, project management, and analytical skills.Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving abilities.Proficiency in financial systems, tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ideal Candidate:You are a highly organized, proactive, and hands-on leader with strong strategic thinking capabilities.
