We partner with prestigious international clients and premium retailers across Europe.Our mission is simple: bring the refinement of Tunisian culinary craftsmanship to the international stage.As our company continues to grow and professionalize its internal processes, we are looking for a structured, rigorous, and forward-thinking Administrative & Finance Manager to strengthen our leadership team.Website: www.layla-patisserie.comYour RoleThis position plays a key role in structuring the company’s financial and administrative processes and supporting the management team in a phase of growth and international development.You will be responsible for ensuring the reliability of financial data, the efficiency of administrative processes, and the optimal use of our ERP system (Odoo Enterprise).Your responsibilities will include:Ensuring the accuracy and reliability of customer and supplier invoicingMonitoring and optimizing working capital (cash flow, receivables, payment terms)Producing financial dashboards and management reporting from the ERPEnsuring consistency and integrity of financial dataCoordinating with external accounting firms and auditorsFully utilizing and improving Odoo Enterprise (finance and related modules)Structuring, documenting, and securing financial and administrative processesIdentifying opportunities for automation and operational efficiencyContributing to the integration of digital tools and AI solutionsManaging bank relationships, payments, and administrative proceduresSupervising payroll and HR administrationProfileWe are looking for someone who combines financial rigor with a strong sense of organization and initiative.EducationBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or ManagementExperience: 3–5 years minimum in a similar role or in an accounting/audit firmExperience in an industrial or manufacturing environment is a plusSkillsStrong command of ERP systems or advanced accounting software (Odoo is a strong advantage)Excellent Excel skillsStrong analytical and organizational abilitiesHigh level of accuracy and reliabilityComfortable working in a digital environment, with interest in automation and AI Why Join Layla?Be part of a growing Tunisian brand with international ambitionsWork in a modern and digitalized environment (ERP, automation, AI)Join a young, motivated and entrepreneurial teamPlay a key role in structuring the company during a growth phaseHow to ApplyPlease send your CV, cover letter, and supporting documents to:  info@layla-feinkost.de
