Finance Advisory Specialist

An exciting opportunity for a Finance Professional to join a global market leader in a highly visible and strategic role based in the Netherlands. This position offers a chance to influence financial strategy, policy, and governance across multiple business units.You will provide expert financial advice and leadership to daily finance operations, resolving complex financial issues, optimizing processes and developing forecasts, reports, and analyses that strengthen decision-making and business performance. Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare budgets, forecasts, management reports, and Board presentations.Coordinate end-of-month financial processes and ensure compliance with internal policies.Oversee internal/external audits and enforce finance procedures across the organization.Develop and improve frameworks for governance, risk management, compliance, and control.Manage vendor relationships, cash forecasts, cost control, and risk treatment mechanisms.Lead financial planning, policy management, and performance analysis.Support insurance management, contract reviews, and audit follow-up processes. Your ProfileBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics.Minimum 5+ years of progressive finance experience in an international corporate environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus).Proficiency with financial systems, reporting, and internal control frameworks.EU nationality or valid Netherlands work authorization required.
