The business is scaling rapidly, with revenues growing and further expansion planned through both organic growth and strategic M&A.You’ll play a key role in driving process improvement, implementing new systems, and developing analytical tools to support commercial decision-making across the business.Key responsibilities include:Develop and enhance financial models, budgets, and forecastsDrive process improvement and system implementation initiativesPartner with senior stakeholders to deliver commercial insights and scenario planningSupport strategic projects, including M&A and transformation activitiesBuild scalable reporting and analytical frameworks to guide business performanceAbout you:You're either a passionate FP&A / Finance Analyst with exposure to system implementation or improvement who is looking to progress their career, where your insights directly shape business performance.CA or CPA qualified (or near completion)Proven FP&A experience with strong analytical and commercial acumenSkilled in systems, automation, and process improvementConfident working with senior leaders and multiple stakeholdersExperience in both professional services and industry environmentsWhat’s on offerAbove market remunerationExposure to strategy, transformation, and operational decision-makingSupportive, agile finance team invested in innovationFlexible working arrangementsClose to public transport
