We’re seeking a Financial Analyst to join our real estate division. We seek individuals who are dependable, process-driven, and committed to delivering high-quality financial analysis.The OpportunityAs a Financial Analyst, you will play an important role in supporting investment decisions through financial modeling and analysis. You will evaluate potential property acquisitions and developments, using key investment metrics such as cash flow and return on investment (ROI).You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, including acquisitions and property management, to ensure the accuracy and relevance of financial reports and forecasts. Your insights will directly support our investment strategy and portfolio growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain financial models to assess potential real estate investments.Analyze key metrics including cash flow, ROI, internal rate of return (IRR), and cap rates to support investment decisions.Assist with creating budgets and financial forecasts aligned with business objectives.Track asset performance and update projections as needed.Prepare financial reports and deliver insights to stakeholders.Collaborate with internal teams such as acquisitions, asset management, and legal to support investment processes.Participate in due diligence efforts, reviewing financial and legal documentation to ensure sound decision-making.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Real Estate, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in financial analysis, real estate, or a similar field.
