Job PurposeBTIG seeks a talented and ambitious candidate to join the APAC Finance team in Singapore. In this role, the ideal candidate will be leading accounts receivables for the region, and providing support for other closing and reporting activities with a focus on Singapore.Duties & ResponsibilitiesLead accounts receivables billings and collections processes with other brokers and clientsDay-to-day and month end accounting processesAccount reconciliationsSupport account payables and expense processes for the regionSupport regulatory and other statutory reporting and surveys, including filings with the MASSupport tax returns and schedules including GST and Corporate taxSupport interim and annual auditsParticipate in projects, change initiatives and other adhoc activitiesRequirements & Qualifications3 years of tax or accounting experience, preferably within the financial services or securities industryDegree in finance or accountancy, tax qualification, or a related professional qualification such as ACCA or CPA.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.Experience in Netsuite is advantageous, as well as experience in any automation toolsMust work collaboratively, with a growth mindset and passion for constant improvement and transformationHigh level of attention to detailMulti-tasker, with a focus on effective prioritization and able to work under pressureExcellent English written and verbal communication skillsMust be authorized to work in SingaporeImportant NotesMust be authorized to work full time in Singapore.
