Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Finance Analyst located in Harare, Zimbabwe. The Finance Analyst will oversee financial planning, analyze financial data, and prepare financial models. Responsibilities include reviewing financial statements, generating financial reports, and assisting with the organization’s financial decision-making. The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment with financial objectives and compliance with regulatory requirements. Qualifications Proficiency in Financial Planning and extensive knowledge of Finance conceptsStrong Analytical Skills with the ability to interpret and analyze financial dataExperience in preparing and reviewing Financial StatementsCompetence in generating accurate and timely Financial ReportingAttention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related fieldPrior experience in a municipal or public sector environment is a plusExcellent communication and collaboration skills
