Finance Analyst

DescriptionIn addition to providing strong analytical and reporting skills, the successful candidate will work directly with the finance manager and be a key member of the International finance team.Essential Job FunctionsSupporting our expansion into the US for our International Acquiring business for large Enterprise customer (this will be separate to our existing US business).Supporting Ireland business focusing on expenses which includes closing month end responsibilities.Assist in rolling out new processes for reporting and modelling across our business.Key contributors during the budget setting process which include dealing with stakeholders, forward planning and all other aspects of the budget setting process.Coordinate process improvements, or efficiencies in an energetic and proactive way, as the need arises.Establish a high level of credibility and manage strong working relationships with our internal customers within the business, in order to deliver best of class business partnering support.Minimum RequirementsPart/newly qualified accountant or strong background in finance function (FP&A/Analyst)EducationBachelor’s degree in financial analysis, accounting, management consulting or similar.Preferred RequirementsBusiness partnering experienceTransaction services or payments experience highly advantageousAdvanced excel skillsAdvanced presentation skillsAdvance data modelling skilsDESIRED SKILLS And CAPABILITIESStrong technical accounting knowledge, excellent communication, organisation and project management skillsDemonstrates an appreciation of a diverse workforce.
