Job Description: Finance AnalystLocation: Buenos Aires, ArgentinaKey Responsibilities1.Financial Reporting & Accounting:Take full ownership of the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end financial closing process ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Manage all accounting operations, including AR, AP and fixed assets.Lead the customer reconciliation process, resolving discrepancies promptly and maintaining accurate accounts receivable records.2.Tax Strategy, Compliance & Commercial Support:Maintain expert, up-to-date knowledge of the Argentine tax system and monitor for legislative changes.Actively participate in customer pricing negotiations, providing critical financial analysis and modeling to assess the tax and profitability impact of different commercial terms.Oversee and review tax compliance, coordinating with local external advisors as needed.3.Internal Controls & Process Optimization:Design, implement, and continuously optimize internal control policies and procedures.Manage and improve the employee expense reimbursement process, including policy development, communication, and compliance monitoring.Identify and lead initiatives to improve financial operational efficiency and reduce risk across the region.Required Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.5-7 years of experience in accounting/finance, with at least 1-3 years in a role with managerial or regional oversight.Full professional proficiency in English and Spanish (written and verbal) is essential.
