The mission of LG Sinar Mas is to spread the advanced technologies of LG CNS, Korea's No. 1 IT service company, to Indonesia through synergy with the Sinarmas Group and become the best IT services company in Indonesia.Role OverviewWe are seeking a Finance & Accounting Specialist who is fluent in Korean to support our finance operations and ensure accurate financial reporting. This role will serve as a key liaison between our Korean and local teams, handling financial documentation, reconciliation, and communication to ensure compliance with company and local regulations.ResponsibilitiesPrepare, review, and maintain financial records, reports, and statements in accordance with accounting standards.Manage general ledger entries, accounts payable/receivable, and bank reconciliations.Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.Communicate effectively with Korean-speaking stakeholders, including HQ, auditors, and vendors.Translate and interpret financial documents or reports from Korean to English/Indonesian and vice versa.Ensure compliance with local tax laws and internal company policies.Coordinate with internal departments to support audits, financial analysis, and reporting needs.Maintain confidentiality and accuracy of financial data at all times.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting.Fluency in Korean (both written and verbal) is required.Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work under tight deadlines.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
