Finance and Accounting Manager (Manufacturing)

Key Responsibilities:Setup systems for accounting, budgeting, purchasing, inventoryTrain, manage, and lead a team of accountantsPrepare end-of-month cost reportsPrepare quarterly P&L StatementsPrepare Annual Financial ReportCoordinate with independent auditorsPrepare and manage budgets for various departmentsPrepare forecast reports Approve purchases and controlling expenses Supervise daily, weekly, monthly, and annual reconciliation and stock verification Evaluating profitability, efficiency, processes, and team membersCandidate Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting.Minimum 5 years at a managerial level in finance or accounting rolesExperience working for a manufacturing companyGood understanding of Accounting, Tax Principles, GL Function, and Accounting Software.Has a high sense of responsibility and detail oriented. Strong leadership, analytical and problem-solving skills. Able to communicate in English as needed.
