We’re just getting started, and we need your help.The role 💼We’re looking for a Finance & Operations Manager to keep our day-to-day business running smoothly and efficiently. In this hands-on role, you’ll take ownership of financial processes like billing, AP/AR, and expense management alongside HR and general operations to ensure everything works like clockwork. You’ll be the go-to person for keeping things organized, efficient, and moving forward.This is a great opportunity for someone who loves details, thrives on structure, and wants to grow into a broader Finance or Operations leadership role as Waitwhile continues to scale.What you’ll do 🚀Finance & accounting (key focus)Own our day-to-day financial workflows, including accounts payable/receivable (AP/AR), billing, expense reporting, and vendor payments. You'll work hands-on in tools like Stripe, QuickBooks, and Fortnox, supporting accurate reporting and SOX-compliant processes. We’re looking for someone with solid accounting knowledge and experience who can take initiative, work independently, and continuously improve how we operate.Vendor & systems managementManage SaaS vendor contracts, license renewals, and optimize costs across tools like Slack, Notion, GSuite, and Zoom.HR & people operationsSupport onboarding/offboarding, time sheet compliance, and Swedish payroll in collaboration with our accounting partner. You'll also handle confidential tasks related to employee records and benefits.Office, travel & cultureOversee office operations in Stockholm, including supplies and landlord/vendor relations. Organize travel, team events, company all-hands, and culture initiatives that drive engagement.What skills you need 📖1–2 years of experience in finance/ops within SaaS, consulting, or accounting/FP&A.Fluency in Swedish & English, both spoken and writtenProven ability to run structured processes across finance, HR, and operations.Strong attention to detail and process-driven mindset.Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern SaaS tools.Hands-on and willing to tackle day-to-day tasks as well as bigger challengesStrong communication skills and a collaborative approach.Experience with accounting and expense tools (QuickBooks, Fortnox, Concur, Expensify) and CRM/billing platforms (Hubspot, Stripe).A degree in finance or a related field is preferredBonus skills & attributes 🙌Experience scaling processes in a growing SaaS company.A passion for building efficient systems and making work easier for others.A great place to work ❤️We want Waitwhile to be an incredible place to work.
