In this role, you will work in close collaboration with our Financial Controller and with our accounting firm.You will be responsible for accounts payable by managing internal expenses, collecting receipts for corporate card transactions and post supplier invoices to submit for approval. You will also support in managing customer accounts and payments, internal payroll, internal and external financial inquires, and assist with audits.Example of tasks:Accounts payablePreparing internal payrollImporting customer accounts and agreements in FortnoxInvoicing customers and follow up with potential remindersWhat are we looking for?Recently graduated with a post-secondary degree in Business Administration or an equivalent educationExperience in finance during studies is highly beneficialGood working knowledge in ExcelFluent in Swedish and English (speech & writing)We believe you are:Structured and detail orientedAnalytical and able to work independentlyFlexible and thriving in an innovative environmentMore information:Scope: 100%Start: Whenever you’re ready!Location: Stockholm, Hornstull (on-site!)Process:Background screening required.We’re looking forward to your application! 👋 💌
