Job Description

Purpose:Support the development and implementation of FBAP ICT strategy and plans in alignment with the reporting manager and corporate IT strategy. Assist across strategic IT planning, budgeting, project assessment, procurement governance, service quality, compliance, and disaster recovery.Key Responsibilities:Annual IT Planning SupportOrganize meetings and prepare documentation for the ICT Operating Guide.Financial Reporting AssistanceCollaborate with Finance and ICT teams to collect data for financial analysis.Assist in preparing reports for the Reporting Manager using collected data.Cloud Proposal ReviewReview cloud proposals using established checklists.Track and update proposal status monthly for manager review.IT Project Request CoordinationReceive and conduct initial checks on project request documents.Ensure completeness and arrange meetings with requesters to discuss.IT Usage Survey ExecutionConduct surveys to gather usage data from project owners.Compile and prepare reports for IT effectiveness analysis.Contract Record Validation (Ad Hoc)Verify accuracy of contract data and resolve discrepancies with stakeholders.SLA Review SupportCollect feedback and performance data from teams and subsidiaries.Coordinate inputs to support SLA review sessions.Orientation Material MaintenanceUpdate IT orientation materials and support onboarding as needed.Software Usage & License TrackingMaintain software usage and licensing records.Support compliance checks and liaise with SMEs or vendors.Disaster Recovery MonitoringTrack disaster recovery tests and compile reports for manager review.Requirements:Diploma in IT or Business Administration with a focus on Accounting or Finance.Minimum 2 years finance experience, preferably in IT industry.Proficient in English (verbal and written).Familiarity with general IT systems including servers, networks, software licenses, desktops.Intermediate skills in MS Excel and experience with Microsoft Power Platform tools (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).Strong organizational, coordination, and people management skills.EA Licence No.: 11C5502EA Reg No.: R23114633
