Their work changes the world, and we make it possible.The OpportunityWe are looking to recruit a proactive and enthusiastic Finance Assistant, who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and a variety to their work, to ensure that we continue to deliver a first-class service to our customers. Reporting to the Group Finance Supervisor, the primary duty of this role is to ensure the effective operation of the Group’s Accounts Payable function.This includes supplier management, invoice processing, employee expenses, month end cycle and Credit Card analysisWhat You’ll Be Doing ·        Processing purchase ledger and expense invoices to ensure all payments are made on time and within terms·        Monitoring of central mailbox and receipting of all invoices        ·        Point of contact for internal staff & external suppliers for all AP matters·        Investigation and resolution of Purchase Ledger queries·        Reconciliation of supplier statements·        Processing of monthly intercompany central recharges·        Preparing payment runs through to the bank·        Daily Bank reconciliations and cashflow analysis·        Monthly issuing of financial reports·        Monthly Credit Card reconciliation·        Monthly Timesheet analysis and uploading of labour onto IFS·        VAT checks on employee expenses/fuel spend·        Ad hoc finance admin What You Will Need·        Proficient in the practical use of Microsoft Office packages·        Highly numerate and literate with strong analytical skills·        Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels by appropriate means·        Strong organisational skills, with ability to plan, priorities and work to deadlines·        Ability to work on your own initiative although also as part of a teamFull training will be provided in this role; however, previous experience of the following would be favorable:·        Prior experience in a high-volume Accounts Payable and within a Shared Service centre environment·        A working knowledge of VAT, CIS and VAT Domestic Reverse Charge·        Use of SAGE 50, XERO or IFS Field Services ManagementWhy Join T-SQUARED?Make a Real Impact – We have been involved in projects that have had a positive societal impact which have supported medical research, pandemic prevention and public health.Employee Ownership - T-SQUARED is an employee-owned and independent business.
