Finance Associate - Venture Capital

Aria Partners are delighted to be working with an established venture capital fund that is looking to appoint a finance associate in a newly created position in its London based finance team.The business has experienced strong growth over recent years and is continuing to push on with fundraising. This new role will report directly to the finance director in a small and closely knit team.The finance associate position is broad and varied, working across key areas that include fund and management company finance, portfolio monitoring and investor relations. You’ll gain full lifecycle exposure across multiple funds and direct access to both investors and portfolio companies.Our ideal candidate is likely to be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA or equivalent), with circa 3-4 years of experience and a background in audit or prior experience in a finance role in a fund or administrator.Strong excel skills are essential and experience with automation or data analytics tools, such as Alteryx, Power BI or similar would be highly advantageous.Apply online for immediate consideration or get in touch with Tom Davenport at Aria Partners for more information.
