TERNA ENERGY is seeking a:Finance AssociateEssential functions for the Role:Supports Group Finance Division across all related workstreamsReviews financing term sheets and related documentationParticipates in / coordinates the due diligence process of the financing workstream and cooperates with financial advisors for any structuring aspectParticipates in and contributes to negotiations regarding project finance documentationExecutes transactions including financial close process, CPs satisfaction and drawdownsEnsures compliance with information and other undertakings according to finance documentation post-closing RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance or Business AdministrationMaster's degree in a related field will be considered as an asset3 - 5 years' proven related experience in a bank, advisory firm or a large organization with similar responsibilities Knowledge / prior experience in trade finance tools (LoGs, LoCs etc.)Knowledge / prior experience in financing documents negotiations and related legal aspects will be considered an assetStrong analytical skillsUnderstanding of business valuation outputsActive participation in the CFA program or ACCA qualification will be highly regardedPMO skillsExcellent knowledge of MS Office toolset, especially Excel and PowerPointFluency in English is essentialCompetenciesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyAnalytical thinkingResults oriented
