You will be the first internal finance resource, working closely with the CEO and our external bookkeepers. It is a startup. As we get to know your skills, we will give you more ownership and responsibility. This is a role you can grow with. In this role, you will:
• Handle customer billing and follow-up• Match transactions and ensure everything adds up (afstemning)• Support on monthly reporting, budgets, and forecasts• Be the main link between our external bookkeepers and internal team• Help ensure compliance and financial structure as we scale• Report directly to the CEO and work side by side on key financial decisionsAdditional tasks depending on your skills and interests: • Automate manual finance tasks• Dive into cost tracking or department budgets• Support our people team with salary and contract processes• Research tools and workflows that make finance smootherYou might be a great fit if you:
