Here, you will tackle today’s toughest challenges with a future-focused mindset; so our clients turn to us first when it matters most.Make a real impactIn this dynamic environment, we are looking for ambitious and self-driven Associates to join our Finance team in Athens. Monitor and review monthly revenue recognition Develop financial models for budgeting, planning, and management reporting, ensuring forward-looking insights. Analyze and document business requirements for statutory consolidation. Assist with processing and analyzing financial data such as forecasts, budgets, and income statements. Prepare business plans, benchmark analyses, and reporting models. Perform accounting tasks, applying core principles to interpret financial data. Monitor financial status by comparing results with budgets, forecasts, and industry trends. Support financial analysis by compiling and entering data using tools like SAP, Excel, Alteryx, and Power BI. Create and present reports for management review. Collaborate in teams to solve technical challenges. What You Bring MattersBachelor’s and/or Master’s degree from a leading Greek or international university in Finance, Accounting, or a related field Maximum (3) years relevant professional experience Confident, team-oriented attitude with excellent communication skills Proven self-motivation and goal achievement Commitment to high-quality work and strong business relationships Strong verbal and writing skills in English and in Greek    BRING YOUR BEST, EVERYDAYYour skills, integrity, and curiosity make the difference.
