Job Description

We are looking for a sharp, data-driven Finance & Business Analyst to join our finance department. In this role, you will be the bridge between finance, operations and the sales team. You will take full ownership of our product costing in a complex Fabless environment, optimize our marketing ROI through lead analysis, and provide deep financial insights into our global subsidiaries' performance. If you love diving into an ERP system, translating complex data into actionable business insights and building BI dashboards,– this is the place for you. Key Responsibilities Cost Accounting & Pricing Support: Lead the costing process for our custom-made products within the Priority ERP. Analyze and monitor COGS and margins across different product lines and international subsidiaries. Pricing Leadership & Sales Support: Responsible for preparing and approving customer price quotes (Quotes). Design and build automated pricing tools and calculators for the sales team to simplify the quoting process while maintaining margin integrity. BI & Data Ownership: Lead the Finance BI domain. Develop, maintain, and automate dashboards to track key business metrics (KPIs), ensuring "one version of the truth" for management. Education: A bachelor’s degree in economics/ accounting/or Finance. Experience: 3+ years of experience as an FP&A or Business Analyst in a global Hi-Tech/Manufacturing company – Mandatory. Any Fabless experience is a major plus. Systems: * Priority ERP: Proven experience working with Priority (Inventory and Finance modules) – Mandatory. BI Tools: Strong experience in building dashboards (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). Excel: Expert level (financial modeling and large data sets).
