As we continue to scale, we seek a Finance Business Partner (FBP) to join in Singapore. This role will play a pivotal part in our geographic expansion plans in APAC.Position OverviewThe FBP is responsible for executing financial planning and analysis activities for SharkNinja APAC, with a focus on maintaining strong budgetary control and supporting strategic objectives. This role includes the upkeep of routine financial reports to ensure consistent visibility of business performance. Additionally, the FBP contributes to project-based work such as developing Performance Management Reports and supports margin improvement initiatives through detailed, data-driven analysis in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Here are some of the EXCITING things you will get to do:Financial Planning & Forecasting Execute regional budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes. Perform variance analysis and provide insights to support business decisions. Assist in aligning financial plans with strategic and operational goals.Reporting Maintain and update monthly / quarterly financial reports. Support month-end and quarter-end reporting cycles with accurate and timely data. Ensure data integrity and consistency across reporting platforms and tools.Projects Contribute to the development of Performance Management Reports as part of a strategic project. Support margin improvement initiatives through detailed financial analysis and collaboration with cross-functional teams. Participate in ad hoc financial projects and analysis to support regional leadership.Requirements Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in Business, Finance or Accounting. Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in Finance & Accounting. Experience in partnering with the business in driving growth plans, managing forecasts, anticipating and managing risks and opportunities. Previous experience with budgeting & forecasting, full P&L analysis & reconciliation. Strong self-leadership & self-management. Able to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment with minimal supervision. Able to learn quickly & increase work independence. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally. Ability to develop and maintain strong working relationships in a fast-changing environment with multiple customers and evaluators Comfortable presenting to Leadership teams with strong financial acumen & business understanding. Ability to analyze large & complex data sets and translate into actionable information Advanced Microsoft Excel / Office / Power BI skills required, especially the need to have exceptional modeling skills in Excel.
