Archway Recruitment is proud to be partnering with Te Rūnanga o Toa Rangatira to recruit a Finance Business PartnerThe RoleAs a Finance Business Partner, you’ll act as a trusted adviser to the iwi, working alongside managers across Te Rūnanga to support their financial obligations, strengthen decision-making, and build overall financial capability.What You’ll Be DoingPartner with leaders to provide financial insights, analysis, and business case supportLead and coordinate budgeting and forecasting cycles across services Build and maintain long-term financial models to guide iwi planning and growth Deliver accurate management reports, variance analysis and commentary to support governance and leadership Ensure financial data is accurate and reliable while driving continuous improvement in systems and processes Translate financial information into clear, meaningful insights for both finance and non-finance stakeholdersWhat We’re Looking ForA tertiary qualification in Accounting CA/CPA qualified 5+ years’ experience in management accounting, FP&A, or finance business partnering Strong financial modelling and analytical capability (Excel, Power BI or similar)Excellent communication skills, able to engage across all levels and build trusted relationships 3+ years’ experience working in a similar industry as the Group (e.g. not-for-profit).Why this role:This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to an iwi organisation with a strong vision for the future, grounded in values of manaakitanga, integrity, and leadership.
