In this key role, you will provide analytical insights, develop reports and templates, and support our business units. In this role, you'll thrive in a collaborative, innovative culture that empowers you to build a career to be proud of.What You Will Do As Our Finance Business PartnerAs our Finance Business Partner, you will be delivering high-quality analyses and reports, supporting forecasts, and responding to financial questions from stakeholders around the world. You will work closely with the finance team and, when needed, other functions to ensure smooth financial operations and support across Global Solutions.You would also: Develop and maintain analyses, templates, and BI reports to support business units globally. Participate in forecasting, monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes with a focus on providing analysis and support. Provide clear recommendations to stakeholders. Collaborate with business and finance colleagues to translate business needs into actionable financial insights. Identify opportunities to improve processes and tools, creating added value for the organization. The Skills And Experience You NeedWe are looking for someone who has: University degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Accounting. Have some years of relevant experience, e.g., Finance Business Partner, Controller, or similar roles. Experience and understanding of IFRS. Fluency in English, both written and spoken. Experience with BI tools and Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.). The ideal candidate is analytical, structured, and solution-oriented, with a strong sense of accuracy and attention to detail. You are service-minded and enjoy collaborating with international colleagues across different functions. You communicate clearly, thrive in a supportive and dynamic environment, and are motivated by helping others make informed, data-driven decisions.
