Our mission is to foster significant growth in regenerative medicine for the benefit of patients and society.The JobYou will play a pivotal role from day one, acting as a strategic advisor and trusted partner to the CEO and Leadership Team. As Finance Business Partner, you will combine financial expertise with business acumen to shape Cellerator's financial strategy, support decision-making, and drive operational excellence.Your key responsibilities will include:Advising the CEO and Leadership Team on financial implications of business strategies, investments, and operational decisionsOwning budgeting, forecasting, and scenario planning processesPreparing and presenting financial analyses, key figures, and business cases to management and the boardOverseeing accurate and timely financial reporting and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and internal controlsDriving automation, digitalization, and continuous improvement in financial processesBuilding strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, translating financial data into actionable business insightsLeading and developing the finance team, fostering a high-performance and inclusive cultureSupporting production economics, cost controlling, and investment decisionsProviding ad hoc support across group functions as neededAbout YouYou are a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset and a structured approach to your work.
