Reporting to the Head of Finance, you’ll play a key role in driving profitability, efficiency, and supporting the business on its ambitious expansion journey.🔑 Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver detailed financial analysis to identify trends, forecast performance, and support strategic planning.Partner with operational teams (Regional Managers, Marketing, Procurement, Property, People, IT) to provide actionable insights.Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports with key metrics and variance analysis.Lead budgeting and forecasting processes, developing and refining financial models.Support business projects with financial input on new initiatives.Drive process improvements and enhance reporting across the finance function.👤 About YouQualified accountant / finalist (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with strong analytical and modelling skills.Background in multi-site hospitality, retail, or consumer sectors is highly desirable.Advanced Excel; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Data Warehouse) is a plus.Excellent communicator, confident influencing both finance and non-finance stakeholders.Proactive, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.👉 If you’re looking for a commercial finance role in a high-growth consumer brand, where you can make a real impact, we’d love to hear from you.
