Over the past five years, we have made 28 strategic acquisitions, reinforcing our position as a leading player in the market.Your Role: Partner with leaders to shape performance and growthYou will become a part of a team of 11 Nordic Finance Business Partners and 10 Indian Business Partners . You will work closely with the head of several Business Units, and be responsible for driving finance and financial processes, including performance management and any M&A business cases, for the relevant Business Units.As our Finance Business Partner, you will play a crucial role in partnering with various departments across EG to provide financial expertise, analysis, and strategic insights to drive business performance and decision-making. You will have a significant influence on shaping the right discussions within the Business Unit, and ultimately, on achieving strategic goals.Your key responsibilities:Leading the Business Unit through all tasks in the annual financial cycle, such as monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and the financial aspect of the strategy process. Implementation of performance management methods and processes, including providing input for the development of relevant measures. Participation in M&A activities, particularly the implementation of acquisitions. Ownership of financial processes in the Business Unit, including serving as a point of contact between the Business Unit and Group Finance. Identifying areas for process improvement, implementing best practices, and drive efficiency in financial operations together with our Indian Finance Business Partners. Your Profile: Turning Insights into impact To be successful in the role, it is important that you:Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience /working as a Finance Business Partner in a global organization / in a finance/ FP&A team / similar role. Have a Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling or Management Accounting or similar. Can juggle multiple tasks and collaborate with stakeholders at various managerial levels in a dynamic business environment. Work independently as well as in teams to create valuable results and achieve strategic goals. Possess excellent communication and relationship building skills, to ensure successful collaboration. with your many stakeholders. Interest in both BI tools and AI and how this can provide additional value and insight. What's in it for you?
