You will drive financial performance by working with Branch Managers, Operations team and the senior leadership team across service and maintenance projects. Directly reporting to the New Zealand CFO, this is a real opportunity to add value, drive improvements and innovation and partner with the business.Your Key Accountabilities Will IncludeParticipate in month-end closings and prepare monthly reports for the groupAnalyse monthly variances and identify areas for improvement and efficiencyPrepare and manage the annual budget and the quarterly forecastsDevelop and maintain accurate standard costing and build strong relationships internally and across the Schindler groupProvide financial guidance to the branch managers and other functional leaders, ensuring compliance with local and group normsWhat You BringBachelor degree in Finance, Accounting or similarAt least 8 years’ experience ideally with experience from either construction, service and maintenance or projectsExperience with SAP (nice to have) or ERP systemsProject Background (nice to have) or understanding of WIP, Margins and CashflowExperience in month end, audit, year and business reportingStrong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory managementStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsEligibility to work permanently in New Zealand (citizen or permanent resident)What’s in it for you?Join our purpose-driven organization.
