About the role Reporting to the Head of Finance Partnering, SEA Foodservice, the Finance Business Partner is a strategic advisor to the market leadership team, responsible for maximising financial performance and supporting business growth. The role partners closely with the in-market Financial Controller and collaborates with commercial, operational, and supply chain teams to deliver actionable financial insights, drive performance, and ensure alignment with regional and global objectives. Key Accountabilities * Business Partnering & Strategic Advice: Advise market leadership on strategic and operational decision-making. Provide robust commercial and financial insights to support business growth. Partner with business units to drive performance through people and process. * Financial Planning & Analysis: Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for the market. Analyse business drivers, sales, and operating costs to inform decisions. Develop and track KPIs, initiate corrective actions as needed. * Performance Management: Oversee financial performance reviews and management processes. Support cash flow projection and enhancement initiatives. Drive operational efficiencies and cost optimisation. * Compliance & Best Practice: Ensure compliance with financial policies and controls. Apply best practice from Centres of Excellence and regional teams. Support audit and governance activities. * Capability Building: Coach business teams to improve financial acumen. Deliver training and support on financial processes and tools. About You * Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. Professional accounting qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA) preferred. * 8+ years’ experience in finance, commercial analysis, or business partnering roles. Experience in FMCG, foodservice, or multinational environments preferred. * Financial planning, analysis, and forecasting. Commercial support for business cases, pricing, and investment decisions. Performance management and KPI tracking. * Advanced Excel and financial modelling. Proficient in ERP/reporting systems (SAP, Oracle, Power BI). * Strong influencing and relationship-building skills. Ability to coach and develop non-finance stakeholders. * Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to translate complex financial concepts for non-finance audiences.
