Finance Business Partner

Our Client: Personal care industryType: Permanent (with 3 months prob)Location: PIK 1An exciting opportunity to join a fast-growing FMCG company in the personal care industry, currently expanding from e-commerce into offline channels (modern trade, and traditional trade). This role created to support our client offline expansion strategy and will be field based in Jakarta (Jabodetabek area)Key Responsibilities:Act as finance counterpart for distributor payment, cost analysis, and promotional budget planning.Analyze ROI of promotional activities and provide recommendations for efficiency and optimization.Collaborate closely with Sales and Key Account teams to ensure financial targets are achieved.Monitor distributor payment cycles and resolve finance-related issues in a timely manner.Provide financial reports and insights to the Country Manager to support strategic planning.Align financial and commercial strategies with Key Account and Regional teams.Reqirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Finance within the FMCG industry, with strong exposure to distributor management.Strong analytical skills in cost, ROI, and promotional spend analysis.Comfortable working independently in the field (not HO-based).Excellent communication and collaboration skills with sales and distributor teams.Professional working proficiency in English.
