Finance Business Partner (m/f/d)

We are looking for a Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) who thrives at the intersection of accounting, transformation, and cross-functional collaboration. In this role, you will shape finance processes globally, drive key transformation projects and act as a trusted partner to management and business operations.Act as the go-to partner for our Business Area Accounting Managers – providing structure, insights, and direction on complex finance topicsDrive and coordinate cross-functional finance projects, from SAP roll-outs to new regulatory implementations and process improvementsSupport with selected complex accounting issues (e.g. reorganizational topics) together with Business Area Accounting Managers, providing structure and clear resolution pathsContribute to M&A activities by supporting integration of accounting processes, aligning policies, and ensuring compliance with reporting requirementsSupport in coordinating month-end and year-end closing processes and support in resolving specific issues of individual entitiesServe as the interface between Group Tax and Business Area companies, coordinating on topics such as Transfer Pricing and Permanent EstablishmentsBridge between the transactional Global Business Services teams and the business to ensure smooth collaboration, role clarity, and efficient issue resolutionTranslate lessons learned from projects and escalations into sustainable solutions and handovers for Global Business Services operational teamsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or similarSeveral years of experience in Finance or Accounting project roles, transformation, or financial auditStrong project management skills – planning, governance, stakeholder management, and change readinessSolid knowledge of financial reporting and ability to engage with technical accounting topicsExperience with SAP (preferably S/4HANA) and exposure to shared service environmentsExcellent communication skills in English; German is a plusYou’re structured, pragmatic, and enjoy translating complexity into clarityYou benefit from group-wide and international collaborationOur corporate culture is open and communicativeWe support your professional developmentWe offer performance-based compensationOur working hours are flexible and adjusted pragmatically to workload demandsOpportunities for remote work are availableApply now and join our team!Ready for your next step?
