In this role you’ll make an impact by:Acting as co-pilot and sparring partner to the Vice President in APAC.Ensure financial insight will be translated into strategic choices in line with the regional strategic directionDriving the financial annual wheel processes as monthly performance reviews, quarterly business reviews and yearly budgetsEngaging in performance dialogues with the commercial organization and action gaps to targets Being an active member of the commercial regional leadership team as well as the global business finance team. Driving insights and continuous excellence in business processes including S&OP, pricing, sales pipeline, business development and market insightsTo succeed you must hold:Master's/MBA in Business, Accounting, Finance or similar5+ years of relevant business finance experienceSolid finance foundation with strong analytical and communication capabilitiesExcellent stakeholder management skillsExperience collaborating with senior leadersFluent English: Chinese (Mandarin) is a plusAbility to manage uncertainty with a robust personality that enjoys being part of a global teamSelf-driven, easy-going approach and courage to challenge the businessCould our purpose be yours?
