Finance Business Partner

We are looking for a ''Finance Business Partner" for our global customer organization, one of the manufacturers in the consumer goods sector.A Finance Business Partner plays a crucial role in bridging the gap between Finance and Business / Commercial operations. They provide financial insights that help drive strategic decisions and improve overall business performance.Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Analysis & Reporting – Reporting of Statistical KPI’s such as Net Price Realization. Producing reports (MBR) and provide analytical review of the business at brand, customer, channel level, but also on G2N and A&P level.Strategic Decision Support – Work with business teams to deliver P&L and DWC targets offering insights to influence decision-making.Budgeting & Forecasting – Assisting in financial planning, budgets (Plan) and forecasts (Flex and rolling forecast). Including the ownership of our forecasting tool Adaptive.Performance Monitoring – Tracking business, ensuring key financial targets are met, evaluate risks and opportunities (R&O). Help to manage the R&Os and put in action plans to action/mitigate to R&O.Stakeholder Collaboration – Building strong relationships with different departments to align financial goals with business objectives and be an ambassador driving self-service PBI (EDW) reporting.QualificationsUniversity degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting or similar7+ years’ experience in Finance role, FP&A or similarDemonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillMust also possess strong organizational skills; ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with the ability to develop and maintain peer relationships and possess high standards of accuracy and precisionExperience in a large corporate environmentIT literate: ERP, expert Excel, BI toolsLanguage: Turkish + English
