This role offers the unique opportunity to work remotely while engaging with colleagues and clients across EMEA, APAC, and the Americas.As a Finance Business Partner, you will play a dual-role position and pivotal part in both commercial development and financial management, supporting strategic growth and operational excellence for a diverse portfolio of clients.Key Qualifications And Experience For The Finance Business PartnerCA(SA) 2026 / CA(SA) 2025Exposure to Consulting industries or Professional Services (Advantageous)Key duties for the Finance Business Partner Lead efforts to win commercial engagements in accounting, tax, and broader finance services.Actively participate in client projects and internal initiatives to strengthen the firm’s financial compliance portfolio.Serve as a trusted advisor to clients while supporting strategic growth within the organisation.Commercial DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new business opportunities in the Dutch market and beyond.Develop proposals and pricing models for accounting, tax, and compliance services.Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive revenue growth.Client & Internal Project InvolvementSupport delivery of client engagements, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.Collaborate with internal teams on finance transformation projects and process improvements.Provide strategic input on expanding the firm’s service offerings in finance & accountancy.Financial ExpertiseAdvise clients on accounting standards, tax obligations, and regulatory compliance.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning for both clients and the firm.Ensure robust financial controls and reporting mechanisms are in place.Key SkillsStrong understanding of European compliance.Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Strong interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently in a remote environment and travel as required.What We OfferFully remote working arrangement with flexibility.Opportunities to travel and collaborate across global offices.Exposure to diverse projects and industries.Competitive compensation and performance-based incentives.Please note that this is a fully remote position in South Africa.
