This role is to provide 'real time' support and analysis to add value that will assist in decision making. You will be the one who ensures strong collaboration between Finance and Operations, providing financial information, analysis and insight to business leaders, helping them make more informed decisions and driving business strategy; creating optimal processes and procedures for the Finance and Operations to accelerate their revenue and profit generation engine while ensuring overall corporate risk management.The work scope compasses cross-function processes across different projects in Operations, even remotely; thus, the person must enjoy working within and across various teams and levels of different backgrounds and cultures, have ability to build relationships and cross-functional buy-in. An engaging, proactive and result-driven individual who can be a source for solutions; ability to build strong relationships and communicate effectively in order to explain financial concepts to non-finance peopleOPERATION PERFORMANCE ASSESSING AND ANALYSING (60%)• Daily/ Weekly/ Monthly review and analysis of the performance of the business/ Operations department against the Target/Budget and the next action to achieve the target• Work closely with the Marketing/Sales/ Operations department to update the insight and any changes in the strategy and daily operation• Find out the issues, analyze the insight, and recommend the action needed to improve the business performance• Prepare the rolling forecast for the business result and verify the impact of all initiatives on the business• Maximize Marketing/Sales/ Operations contribution by working with the Group Finance team, acknowledging which campaigns, offers, partners, payouts are contributing the most to the Group's overall financial result to discuss with the Marketing, Sales, and Operations teams and have suitable plans;• Other adhoc assigned by line manager.TARGET AND BUDGET (30%)• Involve in the process of proposing the Target from the Operations Department to the Group Finance Monthly/ Quarterly• Break down and assign the target to the Person in charge• Propose and monitor the budget of Special Projects to ensure the actual spending is in line with the budget approved• Involve in the process of monthly performance assessment and Bonus calculation for each teamBUILD SOP AND STREAMLINE PROCESSES CONTINUOUSLY (10%)• Building and maintaining SOP, aim for optimization and simplification; quarterly review to update on changes in process• Ensure the collaboration between Finance and Sales and Operations runs with conformity by establishing regulation and following the SOP.• Call and participate in meetings to build new processes, or streamline existing process in order to optimize the operational performance and thereby contribute to the financial performance of the GroupQUALIFICATIONS:• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and relationships, reinforce necessary changes to leverage resources within the function and across the organization• Able to demonstrate financial data in Excel Dashboard, Power BI or Tableau is a strong plus• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel (VBA, SQL preferred) and computer skills;• Desire to strive for excellence and continuous improvement, willing to research, learn and share new working methods;• Ability to work cross-functionally, to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, and to• manage and prioritize multiple projects with tight deadlines.• Awareness of cultural differences.• Careful, detail oriented, multi-tasking, honest, diligent, devoted to work.• Analytical thinking and get it done attitude.• Seniority, self-motivation and integrity• Education: Graduate from University at least• Major: Corporate Finance, Auditing, Accounting;• Experience: At least 3 years of relevant working experiences in the equivalent position;• Qualifications of CFA, ACCA, CMA is a plus WHY YOU’LL LOVE WORKING HERE• A work-life harmony working schedule from 9 AM – 6 PM from Monday to Friday• Salary: Competitive remuneration package and fully paid in probation period• Paid social insurance nearly full salary under the laws; 12 days of annual leave• Paid premium health insurance after probation• Pay-for-performance policy: Attractive year-end bonus and salary review up to twice per year based on employee’s performance• Team building and other various cash and non-cash benefits (holidays bonus, birthday…)• A multinational dynamic working environment that offers various development opportunities where work transcends all traditional boundaries.• Opportunities to work with a vast global talent pool, bringing together diverse, specialized teams that collaborate seamlessly• A delegation culture where you are empowered to take full ownership and responsibilities in projects, tasks and innovations.Our Office:Head Office HCM: ROX Building, 180-192 Nguyen Cong Tru, Ben Thanh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.Office HN: Dong Loi Building, 1160 Lang Street, Lang Ward, Ha Noi city
