Finance Cashier

A fast-growing retail supermarket located in the heart of Victoria Island, Lagos, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Finance Cashier to join its finance and store operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate integrity, accuracy, and strong financial handling experience within a retail environment.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily cash collections, reconciliation, and deposits in line with financial control procedures.Maintain accurate records of all cash and electronic transactions.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports.Support inventory and sales reconciliation with the finance and store management teams.Ensure proper documentation, safekeeping, and timely filing of all financial records.Provide customer-facing payment support while maintaining a high level of professionalism.Uphold strict confidentiality and compliance with internal financial policies and standards.Qualifications & RequirementsMinimum of four (4) years’ experience as a Cashier or Finance Cashier in a retail outlet or supermarket.HND/B.Sc. in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.Strong numerical skills, accuracy, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with POS or accounting systems.Excellent communication skills and strong ethical standards.Ability to work under pressure and manage financial responsibilities reliably.How to ApplyQualified candidates should send their CV to hr@cclerubberafrica.com with the subject line:“Application for Finance Cashier.”Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
