Join us, and get better with every move.Areas Of ResponsibilitiesTactical Leadership & People ManagementLead the Finance Center of Excellence assigned team members, ensuring delivery of high-quality finance services across functions.Manage and develop a team of finance professionals, supporting career growth and performance evaluation.Represent the finance team in stakeholder discussions, ensuring alignment of business priorities with team contributions.Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within the finance function.Stakeholder Engagement & Relationship Management Act as a key point of contact for senior management, business units, and external stakeholders.Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships to foster a strong culture within the finance team and the company.Facilitate effective communication between the finance team and business partners to enable informed decision-making.Manage hiring and onboarding of new people in accordance with stakeholder-agreed skills necessary within the team.Supports the team ensuring high-quality deliveries and transparency over day-to-day operations.Team and Knowledge managementMain coordination responsibility areas include, but are not limited to: FP&A, Financial and Business Controlling, Collections, Taxation, acting as a liaison between local team members and external operational leaders and decision makersPromote cross-functional collaboration to leverage diverse expertiseEffectively manage internal knowledge sharing and back-up structure for robust cross geographical business continuityCompliance and Risk ManagementEnsure compliance with relevant regulations, accounting standards, and internal controls.Develop and maintain robust risk management frameworks to identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks effectivelyJob RequirementsOrganizationally as well as socially sensitive to effectively maintain a constructive working relationship with all central, local operational teams as well as different country contacts where applicable.Strong people management skills with experience leading diverse finance teams.Commitment to fostering an inclusive and collaborative team culture that encourages continuous improvement.Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics.Leadership skills, ability to work on own initiative. Ability to work collaboratively with different teams internationally.Good communication skills both written and orally, in English.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced service environment. Proficiency in financial systems, ERP tools, and advanced MS Excel skills. ExperienceProfessional certification (ACCA, CIMA) is strongly desirable.7+ years of progressive experience in finance, with at least 3 years in a people and stakeholder management role.Proven expertise in Finance, FP&A, Controlling or equivalent complexity roles within multinational environments.Experience in a service center, shared services, or similar environment preferred.Why Ayvens?
