🌏 Finance Compliance (ICFR) Functional Consultant – Japanese Speaking Required📍 Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia (Hybrid)🧩 Level: Senior Consultant / Manager (L3/L4)⏳ Duration: 1 Year (with potential extension)About the RoleJoin a global SAP S/4HANA transformation program delivering standardized finance processes across APAC, EMEA, NA, and LATAM. We are looking for a Finance Compliance (ICFR) Functional Consultant – fluent in Japanese and English – to support deployment and financial compliance initiatives within a multi-cultural global project team.Key Responsibilities✅ Act as a Deployment Specialist in a multi-year SAP S/4HANA ERP rollout.✅ Lead ICFR (Internal Controls over Financial Reporting) and Financial Approvals/Delegations implementation across global business units and manufacturing sites.✅ Conduct Fit-to-Template and Scoping Workshops with local finance and compliance teams.✅ Assess localization requirements and support all testing phases (UT, SAT, UAT, REG).✅ Facilitate end-user training, go-live, and hypercare support.✅ Drive governance, change impact assessments, and maintain internal controls frameworks.✅ Ensure template governance and documentation within project standards.Requirements🎓 Minimum 5+ years of experience in Finance, Internal Controls, Audit, or ERP project delivery.💼 Strong knowledge of financial compliance frameworks (ICFR preferred).🧠 Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.🗣️ Japanese-speaking is mandatory – ability to communicate fluently in Japanese and English (both spoken & written).🌐 Experience working in multicultural global environments.Why Join Us?🌍 Be part of a global ERP transformation shaping the future of finance.📈 Opportunity for career growth and long-term project extension.🤝 Collaborate with industry-leading professionals across regions.💡 Play a key role in a finance modernization and compliance initiative.📨 Interested or know someone perfect for this role?
