We are now looking for a dynamic and results-driven Finance Controller to streamline and strengthen our finance operations and drive strategic financial growth.Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage all financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and internal controls.Streamline finance processes to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and transparency.Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities.Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance KPIs.Ensure compliance with all statutory, tax, and audit requirements.Partner with management to provide strategic insights and financial planning support.Implement process automation and cost-optimization initiatives.Supervise and mentor the finance team to maintain high performance and accountability.Candidate Profile:Fully or Partly qualified in CA / CIMA / ACCA (or equivalent).Minimum 7+ years of experience in Finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity.Proven experience in streamlining financial operations and implementing process improvements.Strong analytical, leadership, and decision-making skills.Hands-on experience with ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.Exposure to the Fashion, FMCG, or Hospitality industries is highly preferred.Energetic, detail-oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
