Be the trusted advisor to leadership, influencing outcomes with confidence and precision.Key ResponsibilitiesLead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis with insightful commentary.Oversee financial reporting, audits, and payment control processes.Manage BBBEE compliance and debtor performance.Conduct monthly reviews of financial statements and cash flow forecasts.Present financial risks and reports to the Head of Finance.Drive process improvements and support business units in performance tracking.What will you bring to the role? You bring strong financial acumen with a solid grasp of accounting fundamentals and compliance practices. Your analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities enable you to lead budgeting, forecasting, and reporting with precision. Proficiency in accounting software, you ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial operations. An ability to communicate effectively across teams, presenting insights with clarity and confidence.
