Job Description

Salary: 2,500 - 5,000$ NET1. Role OverviewThe Finance Controller plays a key role in managing financial integrity, reporting accuracy, and internal control for the company. This position ensures compliance with both local and international accounting standards, supports strategic business decisions, and drives process efficiency across multiple entities within the group.2. Key ResponsibilitiesFinancial Management & ReportingLead the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local GAAP.Ensure timely consolidation and accurate reporting across all subsidiaries.Review and analyze P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reports to support management decisions.Oversee financial closing processes and coordinate with regional and global finance teams.Budgeting & ForecastingDrive annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and variance analysis processes.Partner with business units to provide financial insights and ensure budget discipline.Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that may impact performance.Internal Control & ComplianceDevelop and enforce internal control policies to safeguard company assets.Ensure compliance with group policies, tax regulations, and statutory requirementsCoordinate with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulatory bodies.Cash Flow & TreasuryMonitor cash flow, working capital, and funding requirements.Support intercompany transactions, transfer pricing, and treasury management.Optimize liquidity and currency exposure management across entities.Business Partnering & Process ImprovementCollaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes.Implement automation and digitalization initiatives in financial reporting and control.Provide financial guidance for new business models, M&A, and strategic projects.3. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics; CPA/ACCA/CMA preferred.Minimum 3–10 years of relevant experience, ideally in multinational or tech-driven environments.Strong understanding of IFRS, local GAAP, and group consolidation.Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) and financial automation tools.Strong analytical and leadership skills, with attention to detail and business acumen.Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).4.
