📍 Location: Budapest, Hungary🕓 Type: Full-time | HybridAbout the roleWe’re looking for a motivated Finance & Cost Controlling Analyst (French Speaking) to join an international finance team in Budapest.In this position, you’ll play a key role in providing accurate cost and controlling data that supports financial transparency and decision-making across several European entities.This role combines elements of cost accounting and financial controlling, offering great exposure to both analytical and operational aspects of finance.What you’ll doAnalyze and report product, project, and cost center performance.Prepare and reconcile standard vs. actual cost variances and fixed cost allocations.Support month-end closing and internal reporting processes.Maintain accurate cost master data in SAP CO / FI and ensure proper allocations.Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for business and production units.Partner with local and regional finance teams to improve cost visibility and control.What you bringBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Controlling, or a related field.2–4 years of experience in controlling, cost accounting, or financial analysis.Understanding of cost allocation, variance analysis, and budgeting principles.Experience with SAP CO or other ERP systems is highly valued.Solid Excel skills and a strong analytical mindset.Fluent English and good French communication skills.Why you’ll love it hereInternational work environment with exposure to multiple countries.Opportunity to develop in both finance and controlling areas.Hybrid working setup and supportive, professional team.Long-term growth and career stability within a global organization.
