Finance Data Analyst

The Finance Data Analyst will play a key role in driving financial performance, optimizing profitability, and supporting strategic decision-making across multiple districts.Profit Strategy & PerformanceDevelop long-term (5-year) financial plans in alignment with RBU goals.Lead the preparation and management of district budgets and administrative expenses.Analyze profit performance versus targets and identify areas for improvement.Conduct financial analysis and recommend profit optimization initiatives.Review and assess restaurant forecasts and monthly cost reports.Create Gross Profit Plans at the district level.Management Reporting & InsightsDeliver accurate financial and non-financial reports.Implement enhancements in financial and management reporting processes.Provide regular reports to senior finance and operations leadership.Present performance updates during district meetings.Financial Advisory & Operations SupportOversee financial activities of assigned districts.Streamline and standardize financial processes.Use key financial metrics to guide operational decision-making.Evaluate expansion or network plans for financial feasibility.Information & Analytics ManagementManage financial data and information systems.Convert data into actionable insights using dashboards, charts, and analytical tools.Develop tools or templates to support operational and financial reporting.JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor’s degree in Finance, Management Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Management Science & Engineering, or related fields.Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance or financial analysis.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig City (hybrid setup).
