Finance Director / Head of Finance

We are working with a long standing client to help them find an exceptional finance leader for their Australian business. We are looking for an accomplished leader who will:Drive transformation and full value chain incl. manufacturing & retailHave the ability to work in a matrix style organisationDrive strong performance culture by creating transparency, challenging status quo and thinking strategicallyActively participate in the development of the brand strategy, providing financial insight and support to enable effective decision making focused growing the top-line and improving profitability whilst minimising costsIncrease financial awareness and train the business in better understanding all financial aspectsPartner the business on making the right commercial decisionsIf you think that this fits your experience then I would love to hear from you.
