Atomic Recruitment – Finance Director, Supply Chain Finance Location: Quanzhou, Fujian Function: Finance Work Experience: 5–10 yearsKey Responsibilities:Financial Management: Lead overseas supply chain financial management by building control frameworks, optimizing costs, and mitigating risks to support efficient operations and drive overseas business growth and profitability.Strategy & System Development: Formulate overseas supply chain financial plans; establish systems for cost accounting, budgeting, and cross-border settlement; promote financial digitalization.Cost Management: Oversee procurement costs, review purchase prices, conduct cost analysis, and drive optimization.Budgeting & Fund Management: Prepare supply chain budgets, coordinate cross-border fund allocation, manage inventory funds, and reduce foreign exchange risks.Risk Control: Collaborate with tax and compliance teams to identify and manage financial risks (credit, FX, etc.); develop supplier financial rating systems; conduct internal audits.Team Management & Collaboration: Lead overseas finance teams; work closely with supply chain business units and HQ functions to strengthen business-finance integration.Data Analysis & Support: Deliver financial analysis reports to provide data-driven support for supply chain decision-making.RequirementsEducation: Bachelor’s degree or above; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional certifications preferred.Experience: At least 10 years of finance experience, with 5+ years in overseas supply chain finance; experience in multinational companies or in European, American, or Southeast Asian markets preferred.Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of IFRS, overseas tax, and FX regulations; expertise in cost accounting, budgeting, and financial analysis; familiarity with ERP systems.Personal Competencies: Strong cross-cultural communication skills; fluent in English; strategic mindset with strong risk awareness; ability to handle overseas travel and work under pressure.Interested candidates, please apply.
