Finance Director

We are recruiting for a Finance Director to join a dynamic and innovative company operating in the world of high value custom built objects. The Finance Direcor will be responsible for leading and managing all financial aspects of the company to ensure sustainable growth, profitability, and financial integrity.This includes financial planning and forecasting, budget and cost control, cash flow management, and financial reporting. The role plays a strategic part in supporting executive decision-making, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring compliance with financial and statutory regulations.NOTE: Below you will find a short version of the job profile. Responsibilities: Financial Planning & ForecastingDevelop and maintain the company’s medium- and long-term financial plans aligned with strategic business objectives.Lead the preparation of rolling forecasts, scenario analyses, and financial models to support strategic and operational decision-making.Budgeting & Cost ControlLead the annual budget preparation process in collaboration with business unit and project managers.Establish and enforce cost control frameworks across engineering, manufacturing, and project execution functionsCost Engineering & Project FinancialsOversee cost engineering functions to ensure accurate project cost estimation, pricing, and margin analysis.Support project managers in developing project budgets, cost baselines, and financial KPIs.Cash Flow & Working Capital ManagementPrepare and manage cash flow forecasts to ensure adequate liquidity for operations, investments, and capital projects.Working capital through effective management of receivables, payables, and inventory.Financial Management & ReportingEnsure timely and accurate preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.Present financial performance, forecasts, and key metrics to the executive team and board of directorsInformation TechnologyImplementation of new corporate IT structure (CRM, ERP, PLM)MS Office 365 – AzureDevelopment of Power BI Management DashboardsQualifications & Experience:Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.Professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CFA, CMA) preferred.Minimum of 10 years’ experience in senior financial management roles, ideally in industrial, engineering, or project-based environments.Proven experience with project cost control, forecasting, and capital investment analysis.Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP and financial systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).If you see yourself as the matching candidate, don't hesitate and apply!
