Our client is an industrial multinational company that employs around 100 people in North-East Milan Area.We are seeking an experiencedFinance DirectorReporting directly to the CEO, he will lead all financial, controlling, and administrative functions of the company in Italy.Main responsibilities:Defining and implementing the company’s financial strategy in line with the group policiesOverseeing accounting, budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow managementManaging industrial controlling: cost analysis, margin analysis, procurement performanceSupervising working capital, tax compliance, and financial risk managementSupporting strategic decisions and investment planningLeading and developing the Finance & Administration team RequirementsAround 8-10 years of experience as Finance Director within manufacturing companyStrong background in management control, cost accounting, and ERP systemsExperience in Auditing will be considered an advantageStrong leadership Degree in Economics or related fieldFluent in EnglishLocation: North-East Milan Area, ItalyLa ricerca è rivolta a persone di entrambi i sessi (L. 903/77).
