Finance Executive

Our client is a well-established multinational company operating in the industrial engineering sector. With a strong presence in Malaysia and a reputation for delivering high-quality solutions, the organization emphasizes operational excellence, innovation, and employee development.Responsibilities:Monthly Closing ReportingTo ensure closing of account by 1st working day of the month, before 2 pm.To ensure AR & AP sub-ledger is reconciled with General LedgerTo perform vendor reconciliation, outstanding issues within 60 days, if any.To perform bank reconciliation, outstanding issues within 60 days, if any.To perform inter-company reconciliation and confirmation in quarterly basisAccounts PayableInvoice processing: capture all vendors’ invoices on timely basis.Payment processing – local, oversea, staff relatedPerform monthly creditor reconciliation.Accounts ReceivableAssist in invoicing & debt collection process, if required.Perform monthly bank reconciliation.General Accounting & Other DutiesAssist and work closely with Finance Manager for month end closing, Staff Claim etcHandle any other general admin duties from time to timeRequirements:Preferably candidate specializing in Finance - General/Cost Accounting or equivalent.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accountancy or equivalent working experience.Self-motivated and demonstrate ability to multi-taskRequired skill(s): Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Team, ERP SystemRequired language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
