With over 100 years of proven experience, Dale Carnegie continues to improve the personal and financial well-being of individuals and organizations globally.Role DescriptionAt Dale Carnegie Malaysia, we are looking for a Finance Executive who will take ownership of our financial operations and contribute insights that drive efficiency, transparency, and growth.This is a full-time, on-site role where you will manage the full set of accounts, ensure accurate financial reporting, and collaborate closely with the leadership team. You’ll also play a vital role in supporting budgeting, cash flow management, SST compliance, and franchise reporting to DC&A.Key Responsibilities1. Accounting & Financial OperationsManage full-set accounting: AP, AR, GL, payroll, and bank reconciliations.Maintain accurate records in QuickBooks and ensure timely updates.Oversee payroll, claims, vendor payments, and petty cash.Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and banks to ensure compliance.2. Financial Reporting & CompliancePrepare and submit monthly financial reports to our Franchisor.Generate weekly collection and sales reports for management.Manage SST compliance, tax submissions, and statutory filings.Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management.Prepare management reports, including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis.3. Analysis & Continuous ImprovementProvide analytical insights to enhance profitability and cost efficiency.Develop internal dashboards or tools to help operations run more effectively.Identify process improvements and support digitalization initiatives.Qualifications & SkillsDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.Minimum 3 years of experience handling full-set accounts (SME experience preferred).Proficient in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel.Knowledge of Sales and Services Tax (SST) and Malaysian accounting standards.Excellent analytical and reporting skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Upholds Dale Carnegie’s values: Accountability, Lifelong Learning, Integrity, Value for Customers, and Effectiveness.Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are an advantage.Why Join UsBe part of a global brand with over a century of impact.Exposure to international franchise reporting and business analytics.Growth pathway to Senior Finance Executive / Finance Manager.Work in a values-driven culture that invests in your growth and well-being.
