Finance Executive

Qiscus is currently recruiting a Finance Executive to support the financial operations of Qiscus's Subsidiaries Company. This role is essential in ensuring accurate financial processes, timely reporting, and operational alignment across multiple subsidiary entities. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end finance administration, payment processing, bookkeeping, and compliance while working closely with internal teams to maintain strong financial governance and efficiency.What You Will Do : Handle accounting operations including journal entries, general ledger maintenance, and financial reconciliation.Manage end-to-end invoicing and collection processes.Prepare monthly financial reports and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.Ensure compliance with tax and financial regulations.Liaise with external auditors, vendors, and internal stakeholders for finance-related matters.What You Will Bring to The Role : Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting or finance operations.Strong knowledge of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS) and taxation.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Jurnal.id, Accurate, or similar).Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
